Integrated Pest Management
Our Integrated Pest Management program revolves around routine inspections and monitoring. Your landscape investment is routinely inspected for infestations of insects or disease, fertilization needs, changes in soil conditions, and watering needs.
When pests are identified, Western employs non-chemical methods, such as localized removal when feasible. Should chemical treatment be necessary, Western determines whether a least-toxic pesticide targeting the species and location is appropriate for the specific situation. In the event that a pesticide other than a least-toxic option is to be used, Western provides advance notice prior to pesticide application.
All chemical applications are mixed and applied by Chemical Applicators licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture and in accordance with state laws.
